I stayed in a shabby room that had cockroaches. When I called for assistance, the staff's attitude was appalling and dismissive. Even though they eventually moved me to a different room, it was still infested with flies and had plumbing issues. I felt completely disregarded as a guest, and the lack of apologies from management made it even worse.

Spent four nights here and loved the spacious Studio Suite with a kitchenette and washing machine. The location was super convenient, just a 5-minute walk from Nana Station, and good for exploring dining hotspots.

We spent 3 nights here and the room was comfy. The washing machine with a dryer was a lifesaver! We found some tasty local restaurants just a short stroll away. However, the cleaning service was kinda hit and miss, and we never got enough towels. I wished they could do better on that.

Consider requesting a room on a higher floor for a quieter experience and better views of the city during your stay.
